Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris : 1) Pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate social Responsibility terhadap kinerja perusahaan, 2) kepemilikan institusional terhadap kinerja perusahaan, 3) kepemilikan manajerial terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Kinerja perusahaan pada penelitian ini diukur oleh Return on Assets (ROA). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2015, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling, didapat 15 sampel perusahaan manufaktur, dengan periode penelitian 2013-2015. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang berupa laporan keungan perusahaan dan juga laporan tahunan perusahaan yang didapat dari situs resmi BEI dan situs masing-masing perusahaan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, kepemilikan institusional secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan ROA, begitu juga dengan kepemilikan manajerial yang secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan ROA, sedangkan pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan ROA.This study aims to test empirically: 1) Influence of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on company performance, 2) institutional ownership on corporate performance, 3) managerial ownership and company performance. The company's performance in this study was measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2013-2015, the sampling method used is purposive sampling, obtained 15 samples of manufacturing companies, with a 2013-2015 study period. The data used is secondary data such as company financial report and annual reports obtained from the official website of the IDX and the websites of each company. Analysis of the data used is the analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that, institutional ownership is partially no effect on company performance measured by ROA, as well as managerial ownership is partially no effect on company performance measured by ROA, while Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure partially influence on company performance as measured by ROA.
