Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi akuntansi berbasis teknologi informasi terhadap penggunaan internet banking oleh nasabah. Objek penelitian ini adalah para nasabah Bank BNI yang berlokasi di Cabang Mercu Buana. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 222 responden, data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan pengumpulan data digunakan menggunakan kuesioner secara langsung dengan metode simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel sistem informasi akuntansi, teknologi informasi, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi resiko berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan internet banking oleh nasabah. Variabel persepsi manfaat tidak berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan internet banking oleh nasabah. Hasil uji simultan juga menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dari lima variabel yang mendukung hipotesa. Oleh karena itu, hasil uji simultan dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabel sistem informasi akuntansi, teknologi informasi, persepsi kemudahan penggunaan, persepsi manfaat dan persepsi resiko terhadap penggunaan internet banking oleh nasabah.This research aims to know the effect of accounting information system of information technology based on the use of internet banking by the customer. The object for this research are customers of Bank BNI Branch located at Mercu Buana. This research was done to 222 respondents, the data used in this research is primary data and data collection used questionnaires directly with simple random sampling method using the formula slovin. The result of this research shows that in partial (t) accounting information system, information technology, perceived ease of use and the perceived risk influence the use of internet banking by the customer. Variable perceived usefulness doesn’t influence the use of internet banking by the customer. Simoultant test results also showed the significance of five variables that support the hypothesis. Therefore, simoultant test results from this research that there are significant variable simultaneously between the variable accounting information systems, information technology, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived risks to the use of internet banking by the customer.
