Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Mankar Dwiasta Instalasindo yang beralamat di Jl. Rukan Pusat Bisnis Daan Mogot Baru Jl.Tampak Siring Blok KJD No.6 Daan Mogot Jakarta Barat. Dengan total 50 orang, Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan survey dengan cara menyebar kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh dan memakai metode analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan transformasional,budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.This research aims to know the influence of Transformational leadership style,organizational culture, and discipline Work against the performance of employees.The object of this research is the employees of PT. Dwiasta Instalasindo Mankar that located on JL. Daan Mogot Business Center Rukan New JL. Looks Siring KJD Block No. 6 Daan Mogot, Jakarta Barat. With a total of 50 people, the Data used in this study used a survey by way of spreading the questionnaire. Data collection techniques used are saturated and put on the sampling methods of analysis used was SPSS.The results of this research show that simultaneously variable transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and discipline work influence on the performance of employees. Whereas transformational leadership style partially, organizational culture affect the performance of the employees and work discipline has no effect on performance of employees.
