Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pengemudi PT. Gema Putra Buana. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengemudi PT. Gema Putra Buana, yang berjumlah 150 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 pengemudi. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner penelitian kepada responden dilokasi penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi. Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengemudi.This study aims to analyze Perceived Organizational Support and Training to Performance Driver PT. Gema Putra Buana. The study population was the whole driver PT. Gema Putra Buana, totaling 150 people. The samples used were 60 driver. Sampling method using a convenience sampling. Methods of data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents in the location research study. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square. The results showed that the influence of the perception of organizational support positive and significant effect on the performance of the driver. Job training and significant positive effect on driver performance.
