Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Return Saham Perusahaan Property and Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2013-2015”. Rasio keuangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Total Asset Turn Over (TATO). Sampel yang digunakan adalah perusahaan property and real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2013-2015 dengan sampel sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Data Panel. Pengujian model regresi dilakukan dengan uji statistik yaitu Pengujian Model T dan Pengujian Model F. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil yaitu, berdasarkan uji statistik F menunjukan bahwa ROE, DER dan TATO berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham. Sementara berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel ROE dan DER berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Retun Saham, sedangkan variabel TATO tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham.This reserch aims to determine the "Effect of Financial Performance on Return Stock Company Property and Real Estate in the Indonesian Stock Exchange Year 2013-2015". Financial ratios used in this study is Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO). The sample used is the property and real estate company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2013-2015 with a sample of 16 companies. The sampling method with purposive sampling. This research uses Panel Data Analysis. Regression model testing conducted by a statistical test that is testing the Model T and Model Testing F. Based on research conducted obtain the results that, based on the F statistical test showed that ROE, DER and TATO significant effect on Stock Return. While based on t test results showed that the ROE and DER significant effect on Retun shares, while the variable TATO no significant effect on Stock Return.
