Abstract

ABSTRACTION Cash is a company cash balance comes from the company income that will be deposited to bank or property that can be used to pay the company operational activity or to pay the company obligation at present time. This scientific paper presents study of cash amount involved in income activity and expenditure at SMEC International therefore an accounting information system is needed. The study includes incoming procedures and cash expenditures, documents and notes, type of prepared reports and included sections. In this case, a control is needed to evaluate the accounting information system for cash income and expenditures. The study result shows that accounting information system for cash income and expenditure at SMEC International in general is good and applicable though some points are not applicable enough such as cash income and expenditure evidence have no serial number, and have not formed audit internal function to cash balance. There is also a need to add double recording to all cash and book keeping. Keyword : Cash, Income and Expenditure, Accounting Information System.
