Abstract

ABSTRACT This Research was about analysis of monetary health of Syariah Insurance Division of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia according to ratio of risk based capital or ratio attainment of solvability. The purpose of this research is to know monetary health of Syariah Insurance Division of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia according to rule of government in KMK (Keputusan Menteri Keuangan) Number : 424/KMK.06/2003 and Regulation of Ketua Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan Number : PER-02/BL/2008. In doing research, writer use descriptive qualitative method, by interpreting data which have been obtained to can be explained systematically, and also compare the data with the rule of government in KMK (Keputusan Menteri Keuangan) Number : 424/KMK.06/2003 and Regulation of Ketua Badan Pengawas Pasar Modal dan Lembaga Keuangan Number : PER-02/BL/2008, so can be concluded the monetary health of Syariah Insurance Division of PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia. Key words : analysis of monetary health, syariah insurance, ratio of risk based capital.
