Abstract

ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF PLANNING AND INVENTORY CONTROL INCREASE IN SALES TARGET IN CV. FASHION EMPIRE The best of inventory management was the matter that was very important for a company. In one-sided, the reduction in inventories cost by means of reducing the level of inventories could be carried out by the company, but to the other side, the consumer will be unsatisfied if his stock product was empty and was outdated. Because of that the balance between inventories investment and the level of the service to the consumer must be able to be reached. The inventory management was a method of controlling inventories in order to be able to carry out the exact ordering. Because of that the concept managed very important was applied by the company so that the aim of the effectiveness and efficiency is reached. As for the aim of the writer of carrying out the research in CV. Fashion Empire was for analyze the policy of the planning system and the control of inventories that became the foundation of decision making in determining the sales target where could affect CV. Fashion Empire profit and loss, to analyze relations between the rotation of merchandising and the sales target in CV. Fashion Empire, and to analyze the influence of the assessment of merchandising by the gross profit to CV. Fashion Empire.
