Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was about analyzes the determination of production cost and selling prices of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel (PK) in PT Minang Agro. The purpose of this research is to analyze how to calculate the cost of production of CPO and PK in PT Minang Agro and method of determining the selling prices of CPO and PK in PT Minang Agro. This research was using descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this research indicate that the calculation of the cost of production by using market prices could produce a more accurate calculation, because the allocation of the cost of production of physical units of each per unit in accordance with the proportions and can form the basis of production costs to determine selling prices of CPO and PK
