Abstract
ABSTRAC This thesis is trying to test the effect of total variable profit-sharing and the MUI fatwa related to illicit interest in the bank to deposit mudaraba Muamalat Indonesia (BMI). The method used in this research is to use the data with coherent normality test of time (time series) from January 2002 - September 2008. From the results of the analysis conducted by the authors found that together the independent variables (total profit-sharing and MUI) can affect the dependent variables, namely deposits mudarabah. Partially, the total profit sharing affect the savings or profit and illicit MUI fatwa also affect the savings bank interest mudarabah.
