Abstract

ABSTRACT This research conducted at PTT. REKA DESINDO MANDIRI which is an engineering consulting firm, particularly in the field of environmental engineering. This company has been implementing in terms of calculating tax obligations, notes, pay and report taxes. authors would like to ascertain whether the implementation of the tax liability has been satisfied in accordance with applicable tax regulations. This study aims to assess the existing tax compilance in this company. The research was a descriptive quantitative research. The data obtained is the premier data and secondary data using data collection methods such as literature and direct surveys based on the reviews on the results of this research is PT. REKA DESINDO MANDIRI have implemented, or perform calculations, pncatatan, payments and income tax reporting are in accordance with article 21 of the new tax regulations is no 36 year 2008 which was approved by the government in this directorate general of taxes.
