Abstract
ABSTRACT The objectives of this thesis is to evaluate how PT. Parida Shoes arrange their process of planning and controlling for its direct labour to maximize the productivity. The research use PT. Parida Shoes because its till categorized as home industry that produce shoes in small capacity and still depend on their direct labour to do the production. This research used descriptive method and field method which is observation and intervies\w in analyze data. The result show that PT Parida Shoes is a home industry that not do the entire Budget Planning Process yet to their direct labour due to time and cost limitation.
