Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was about the factors that affect murabaha income with case studies on the BNI Sharia. The purpose of this research was to determine whether the volume of murabaha financing, operational costs, and profit-sharing of third-party funds affect murabaha income respectively and to determine whether all those variables simultaneously affect murabaha income . This research was using descriptive-correlation (causal) method. Regression model obtained from this research is, Y = 3769.067 - 0.065 X1 (operational costs) + 0.020 X2 (volume of murabaha financing) + 0.399 X3 (profit-sharing of third-party funds). Based on t - test, operational costs do not have a significant effect of murabaha income with probability(sig) value 0,287 more than (α)0,05 . But based on F test, all those variables simultaneously affect murabaha income, with F value 216,199 more than F table 3,239.
