Abstract

ABSTRACT The research background is investment activity which conducted by PT NIO in build its new factory at Kejayan, East Java, where cash management has the important rule to determine the investment activity has been done successfully. The purpose of this research to evaluate cash management has implemented by PT NIO according to build a new factory at Kejayan site. This research was using of the descriptive qualitative and quantitative method. The result of this research will be showing that the way of financing PT.NIO in order to build a new factory at Kejayan site has been done effectively refer to increasing of production capacity from a new factory at Kejayan have been built using just 25% internal financing from holding, but it has not efficient, because it doesn’t implemented all of cash management methods yet in financing its investment activity at Kejayan, East Java.
