Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the affects of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at United Tractors Corporate. The exogenous variable were organizational culture and motivation, while the employee performance is an endogenous variable. In the research, the data that has been used was primary data from questionnaire. Using accidental sampling, total 100 samples were obtained from the employees of PT United Tractors, Tbk. From the results of the data processing, the motivation variables affected to the employee performance variables, while the organizational culture variables that has four dimensions : involvement, consistency, adaptability and mission as develop by Denison has not influenced to the employee performance variables. This research will give suggestion to organization in managing Organizational Culture and increase Motivation better so that the objective of organization can reach, also give suggestion how organization culture and motivation can promote employee performance at United Tractors Corporate. Keywords : organizational culture, motivation, employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT United Tractors, Tbk. Variabel eksogen yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi, sedangkan Kinerja Karyawan menjadi variabel endogen. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban / isian kuesioner para responden. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan variabel Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan variabel Budaya Organisasi yang memiliki empat dimensi yaitu keterlibatan, konsistensi, adaptabilitas, dan misi sebagaimana yang dikembangkan Denison tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi masukan kepada organisasi dalam mengelola Budaya Organisasi dan meningkatkan Motivasi secara lebih baik agar tujuan perusahaan dapat tercapai, serta memberikan masukan sejauh mana Budaya Organisasi dan Motivasi dapat meningkatkan Kinerja karyawan di PT United Tractors, Tbk.
