Abstract

Dengan semakin berkembangnya zaman, perusahaan dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan kinerjanya agar mampu bertahan dalam persaingan. Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu aset penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan perusahaan perlu diperhatikan manajemen perusahaan. Perusahaan harus selalu mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Strategi yang bisa dilakukan perusahaan adalah dengan memberikan insentif dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawannya, diharapkan dengan terpenuhinya pemberian insentif dan motivasi kerja maka karyawan lebih terdorong untuk memberikan kinerja yang tinggi kepada perusahaan. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pemberian insentif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Honda Mugen Puri. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 41 orang karyawan yaitu seluruh karyawan operasional service Honda Mugen Puri, maka dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan cara sampling jenuh atau sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif antara insentif dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Insentif, Motivasi, Kinerja. With the expanding era, the company is demanded to improve its performance all the time so that it can in the competition. Human resource as one of the important asset, in order to achieve the company successful goals, has to be taken by heart by its management. The company has to maintain and increase the employee job performance. Company can use strategy of giving out incentive and increase the employee motivation. It is hoped with the fulfillment of giving incentive as well as motivation work the employee will be stimulated to give their best performance to the work. The formulation of the research to determine whether there is an influence of incentive and motivation to work on employee’s performance of PT. Mitrausaha Gentaniaga as authorized dealer Honda Mugen Puri. The population consists of 41 employees, all employees of service operational, in this study the authors use a saturated or census sampling method. The results showed that there are partially significant and positive effect between incentive and motivation on the performance of employees. Keywords : Incentive, Motivation, Employees Performance.
