Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap kinerja pegawai PT Tason Putra Mandiri di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SPSS versi 17 meliputi analisis uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, model regresi berganda, dan uji koefisien determinan, uji hipotesis T, dan uji hipotesis F secara simultan Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial variabel kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan dimensi yang berhubungan erat adalah kompensasi ekstrinsik meliputi tunjangan dan pemeliharaan kesehatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan dimensi yang berhubungan erat adalah teknik persuasi dan pemberi perintah meliputi ajakan simpatik seorang pemimpin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara parsial diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan dimensi yang berhubungan erat adalah peningkatan status dalam perusahaan meliputi kemampuan manajerial, sebagai dasar hasil penelitian tersebut peneliti memberikan saran Pengembangan karir yang terus dikembangkan oleh manajemen perusahaan terhadap para pegawainya hendaknya lebih memperhatikan kemampuan manajerial pegawai dalam hal mengurus hal ikhwal yang berkaitan dengan manajemen perusahaan, sehingga pegawai dengan mandiri mampu melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawabnya secara profesional. This research aim to to know influence of compensation, leadership and Development of Career to performance officer of Self-Supporting PT Tason Putra in Jakarta. This research use method analyse SPSS version 17 covering analysis test validity, test reabilitas, classic assumption test, model of regresi doubled, and determinant coefficient test, hypothesis test of T, and hypothesis test of F by simultan. Result of this research can be concluded that Pursuant to result of research, known that there are influence of signifikan by parsial compensation variable to officer performance, with close-knit dimension is compensation of ekstrinsik cover subsidy and conservancy of health. Pursuant to result of research by parsial known there are influence of leadership variable signifikan to officer performance, with close-knit dimension is technique of persuasi and giver of comand cover sympathetic invitation a leader. Pursuant to result of research, by parsial known there are influence of variable signifikan development of career to officer performance, with close-knit dimension is the make-up of status in company cover ability of manajerial, as base result of research of researcher give suggestion Development of career which continue to be developed by company management to all its officer shall be more pay attention ability of officer manajerial in the case of managing matter of ikhwal related to company management, so that officer self-supportingly can execute duty and its it[him] professionally Keyword : compensation, leadership, development of career, officer performance.
