Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine (1) Leadership (2) Motivation (3) Employee Performance (4) Effect of Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance. The method used in this study is a survey method, with a population of 245 people. This is used to examine the research hypotheses by means of multivariate statistical multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. The results obtained are: (1) The existence of a positive and significant effect of leadership on employee performance. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. (3)Shows that leadership and motivation together provide a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Therefore, Leadership, motivation and employee performance are related. Leadership and motivation can improve performance. Leadership, development and good motivation will be able to improve employee performance.
