Abstract
Dalam dunia perbankan Teknologi Informasi adalah teknologi terkait sarana computer, telekomunikasi dan sarana elektronis lainnya yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data keuangan dan atau pelayanan jasa perbankan. Layanan perbankan melalui media elektronik atau selanjutnya disebut Electronic banking adalah layanan yang memungkinkan nasabah bertransaksi. Bank, melakukan komunikasi dan melakukan transaksi perbankan melalui media phone. Rencana strategis teknologi Informasi (Information Strategic Planning) adalah dokumen yang menggambarkan visi dan misi Teknologi suatu bank, Bank Indonesia telah menerbitkan peraturan Nomor : 9/15/PBI/2007 tentang penerapan manajemen resiko dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi oleh Bank umum. Pengujian efektifitas kecepatan jaringan menggunakan ping test, kualitas layanan TI, maka teknologi yang dikelola pada PT Bank Syariah XYZ, telah digunakan dengan baik, walau belum optimal. Kata kunci : Strategic planning, Ping Test, Peraturan Bank Indonesia In the banking world of Information Technology is a means of computer- related technology, telecommunications and other electronic means are used in data processing or financial and banking services. Information Technology Strategic Plan (Strategic Information Planning) is a document that describes the vision and mission of a technology bank, Bank Indonesia has issued regulation No. 9/15/PBI/2007 on the application of risk management in the use of information technology by the commercial banks. Testing the effectiveness of the network using ping speed test, the quality of IT services, the technology is managed at PT Bank Syariah XYZ, has been used well, although not optimal.
