Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of decentralization on clear and measurable targets, bonus, performance measurement and its impact on organizational performance. The performance in question is the performance of quality and quantity. The population in this study were employees of PT. Prambanan Kencana to level managers and staff who have worked at least 1 year. Respondent were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Collecting data using questionnaires method. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using software Partial Least Square (PLS) version 2. The results of this study indicate that decentralization significantly influence a clear and measurable targets, bonus, performance measurement and performance both in quality and quantity. Keywords: decentralization, bonus, performance measurement Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh desentralisasi terhadap sasaran yang jelas dan terukur, bonus, pengukuran kinerja serta dampaknya terhadap kinerja organisasi . Kinerja yang dimaksud adalah kinerja kualitas dan kuantitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Prambanan Kencana untuk level manager dan staff yang sudah bekerja minimal 1 tahun. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penetapan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan menggunakan software Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 2. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa desentralisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap sasaran yang jelas dan terukur, bonus, pengukuran kinerja dan kinerja perusahaan baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas. Kata kunci : desentralisasi, bonus, pengukuran kinerja
