Abstract

Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the effect of Character, Capacity and Collateral significantly influence bad credit for Multiguna product at Bank DKI Cabang Pembantu Pluit either partially or simultaneously. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze how strong the influence of Character, Capacity and Collateral to the occurence of bad credit for Multiguna product at Bank DKI Cabang Pembantu Pluit. The study population was clients who had bad credit in their multiguna credit product to the Bank DKI Cabang Pembantu Pluit. Technical sampling used in this study is judgemental sampling which is to pick and choose members of the sample in accordance with the criteria that have a research topic. Methods of data collection conducted by questionnaire and studydocumentation. Model analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression and correlation. The results showed that the Character, Capacity and Collateral influence the occurence of bad credit for Multiguna product at Bank DKI Cabang Pembantu Pluit either partially or simultaneously. Keywords: Character, Capacity, Collateral and bad credit. Perumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah faktor-faktor Character, Capacity dan Collateral berpengaruh terhadap kredit macet multiguna di Bank DKI Cabang Pembantu Pluit baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor Character, Capacity dan Collateral terhadap kredit macet multiguna di Bank DKI Cabang Pembantu Pluit baik secara parsial maupun simultan.. Populasi penelitian ini adalah nasabah kredit macet multiguna pada PT. Bank DKI Cabang Pembantu Pluit. Adapun teknik pengambilan sample adalah judgemental sampling yaitu dengan memilih-milih anggota sample yang mempunyai kriteria sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket dan studi dokumentasi. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dan korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Character, Capacity dan Collateral berpengaruh terhadap kredit macet pada Bank DKI Cabang Pembantu Pluit baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata kunci: Character, Capacity, Collateral dan Kredit Macet.
