Abstract

PT . Rekyasa Industries is a company skilled movements in the field of Engineering , Procurement and conctruction ( EPC ) . With its capabilities, the company is able to execute large projects and able to complete the project properly . PT . Industrial Engineering has done a lot of the scheduling of the project on which they run , just in terms of seeing which activities to prioritize the needs are still in the stage of data needs , Critical Path Method ( CPM ), which became one of the best methods to determine which path to an advanced priority , which is often called the critical path . Critical Path Method ( CPM ) scheduling methods into one of the best compared to some other methods . With complementary perfected by Crashing Program , the critical path is the path to accelerate the pace of existing project activities taking into account cost increases . This acceleration will be very well used but assuming if only factors that interfere with existing projects and activities that may occur , Thus it is necessary for maximum acceleration . For Arun LNG project activities there are 14 activities that belong to the critical path and the path to be accelerated according to the need of the time to charge . Finally obtained by the normal time during the 670 days of activities that are able to pay as much as $ 817,065 USD , while acceleration is done to 603 days with the cost as much as $835,065 USD . Rekyasa Industri merupakan perusahaan yang bererak di bidang Engineering, Procurement and Conctruction (EPC). Dengan kemampuannya, perusahaan ini mampu menjalankan proyek-proyek yang besar dan mampu menyelesaikan proyek dengan baik. PT. Rekayasa Industri telah melakukan banyak penjadwalan terhadap proyek yang mereka jalankan, hanya saja dalam hal melihat kegiatan mana saja yang menjadi prioritas masih dalam tahap kebutuhan secara data kebutuhan, Critical Path Method (CPM) yang menjadi salah satu metode terbaik untuk mengetahui jaluR mana yang menajdi prioritas, yang sering disebut jalur lintasan kritis. Critical Path Method (CPM) menjadi salah satu metode penjadwalan yang terbaik dibandingkan beberapa metode lainnya. Dengan pelengkap yang di sempurnakan dengan Crashing Program, maka jalur lintasan kritis ini mampu mempercepat laju kegiatan proyek yang ada dengan mempertimbangkan kenaikan biaya. Percepatan ini akan sangat baik digunakan tetapi dengan mengasumsikan jika saja faktor yang mengganggu kegiatan proyek ada dan itu mungkin terjadi, Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan percepatan yang maksimal. Untuk kegiatan proyek LNG Arun ini terdapat 14 kegiatan yang termasuk ke dalam jalur lintasan kritis dan dilakukan percepatan sesuai dengan kebutuhan waktu terhadap biaya. Akhirnya didapat dengan waktu normal kegiatan yaitu selama 670 hari mampu mengeluarkan biaya sebanyak $817.065 USD sedangkan percepatan yang dilakukan menjadi 603 hari dengan biaya yang dikeluarkan sebanyak $835.065 USD.
