Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the critical criterias and their level of importance in connection with the selection of priority alternative waste treatment technologies fot TPST Probolinggo. Based on the results of the literature search criteria are environmental, economic, social and technical. As an alternative waste treatment technologies will be selected, based on the results of focus group discussions, a technology recycling, biogas technology, technology composting and combustion technology. The methodology used in this study is a combination of descriptive analysis and multi-criteria analysis using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Methods of data collection through literature review, observations and interviews using a structured questionnaire with respondents expert waste of BPPT and City Government Probolinggo. The data processing itself is using software Expert Choice 11. The results of this study demonstrate the critical criteria that has the greatest weight is environment criteria, followed by the economic criteria, social criteria and technical criteria. The first priority of the alternative selected waste treatment technology is composting technology, then followed by the biogas technology, recycling technology and combustion technology. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kriteria-kriteria penting dan tingkat kepentingan kriteria tersebut sehubungan dengan pemilihan prioritas teknologi pengolahan sampah untuk TPST Kota Probolinggo. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut adalah lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial dan teknis. Adapun alternatif teknologi pengolahan sampah yang akan dipilih yaitu, teknologi daur ulang, teknologi biogas, teknologi pengomposan dan teknologi pembakaran. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gabungan antara analisis deskriptif dan analisis multi kriteria dengan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara terstruktur dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Proses datanya menggunakan software Expert Choice 11. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kriteria penting yang mendapat bobot terbesar adalah lingkungan, kemudian diikuti oleh kriteria ekonomi, kriteria sosial dan teknis. Adapun prioritas teknologi pengolahan sampah terpilih dengan prioritas pertama adalah teknologi pengomposan, kemudian teknologi biogas, selanjutnya teknologi daur ulang dan terakhir teknologi pembakaran.
