Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the job satisfaction and organization commitment on employee engagement at PT. Gunung Raja Paksi. The method used is multiple linear regression. The study sample amount 137 respondents. The data collected was using a questionnaire. The results showed that job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously intense effect on employee engagement. The results partially intense effect on job satisfaction employee engagement, organizational commitment affect employee engagement, thus it can be concluded that the better the job satisfaction the better and the higher the organizational commitment intense, the better employee engagement. Keywords : job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee engagement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap employee engagement karyawan pada PT. Gunung Raja Paksi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 137 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi baik secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement karyawan. Hasil secara parsial kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement karyawan, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan semakin baik kepuasan kerja maka employee engagement semakin baik dan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi maka employee engagement karyawan semakin baik. Kata Kunci : kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, employee engagement.
