Abstract

This study is aimed to see the influence of the variables that indicated influence in the purchase decision for Bali tourism products by foreign tourists. These variables are the tourism destination image and promotion through social media. This research is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which found that the image of tourism destinations has an influence significantly on purchasing decisions for Bali tourism products by foreign tourists compare to the promotion through social media which is has no influence. This variable is very important to attract more foreign tourists to visit Bali. Key words :Tourism destination image, social media, promotion, purchase decision, marketing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kuat pengaruh variabel-variabel yang diindikasikan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pariwisata Bali oleh wisatawan mancanegara. Variabel-variabel ini adalah citra destinasi pariwisata dan promosi melalui media sosial. Penelitian menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), yang menemukan bahwa citra destinasi pariwisata memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pariwisata Bali oleh wisatawan mancanegara dibandingkan dengan promosi melalui media sosial yang tidak berpengaruh. Variabel ini sangat berperan penting untuk menarik lebih banyak wisatawan mancanegara untuk berkunjung ke Bali. Kata Kunci : Citra destinasi pariwisata, media sosial, promosi, keputusan pembelian, pemasaran.
